With this lighthouse project we want to establish a unique multifunctional and leading tourism company on the OSTRICA peninsula. The focus is on promoting and sustainably strengthening tourism and the economy in the Croatian coastal region at both the regional and national levels.
The goal is clearly formulated: the OSTRICA Resort should become a destination for the whole year with an extensive range of services. In addition, the OSTRICA Resort with its unique concept is positioned not only in the European but also in the international tourism market.
The development of this project as well as the use of the resort will make a significant contribution to the strategic development of all Croatian tourism in the context of Croatia's EU membership. At the same time, the economy is given effective impetus to generate a very high share of added value for the region and the Republic of Croatia.
A crucial factor in this project is the integration of Croatian authenticity. With OSTRICA Resort, we attach particular importance to doing justice to regional and national ideas and to developing and operating this project from the perspective of Croatia's EU membership.
